Valerian is used for sleep problems ( insomnia), for nervous overstrain with no of the side effects of the conventional medicine. It is also used for conditions , connected to anxiety  and psychological stress, including nervous asthma, hysterical states, excitability, migraine, stomach upset, mild tremors, muscle and join pain, menstrual cramps and symptoms associated with menopause, including hot flashes and anxiety. Valerian does not relieve insomnia as fast as “sleeping pills”, but does not have the side effects of the conventional medicine.
Dosage:
3-5 times a day after food. No more than 6 tablets a day. No more than 3 tablets at once.
Do not be taken by children and during pregnancy and breastfeeding!
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet!
