Antique Korean CELEDON GORYEO JOSEON Jar with Lid
Entire jar with lid measures a little under 5" tall (height...pic 5) and a little over 14" measured all the way around at widest part of jar and weighs 13.9 ounces (pic 6).
Jar has a striped design with colors of bluish green and light green cream colors.  Jar lid has a very cute bird on top that measures a little under 0.75" in length.  The celedon jar has a crackled look when you look at it from close.  There are no chips or cracks.  Bottom of jar has Chinese characters??? black signature (last pic 12).
I am not familiar with this kind of stuff...this belonged to an artist who collected antiques and has been with my family for years.  I also have no idea what period this is from...only that it's quite old...antique.  Very beautiful piece!!!
