This is vintage (1985) center slide Elemoto Screw Selector (Unified & American Threads) and Woodfuff Key Pipe Thread & Rivet Selector.
The Screw selector side has “decimal equivalents” and “manufacturers’ standard gage for steel sheets” tables with the screw selector windows.
The Woodruff key selector side has a “drill sizes” table with the Woofruff Key, American Pipe Threads, and Rivet selector windows.
It is 9-11/16” long and 5-1/8” wide.
It is made of plastic with a paper-board slide.
It was originally marketed as the Alvin No. 7350.
It has been used, but, is in Very Nice condition and works smoothly.
This is a nice addition to your metalworking tool box, as a drafting or drawing assist tool, or, as an addition to your slide-rule type collection.
